Booking Issues

Member can't book equipment

  • Check if member has completed required training
  • Verify equipment is available and not in maintenance
  • Check booking rules (advance notice, duration limits)
  • Ensure member account is active and in good standing

Booking not showing in calendar

  • Refresh the page or clear browser cache
  • Check timezone settings
  • Verify booking was successfully created
  • Check if booking was cancelled or expired

Billing Issues

Payment not processing

  • Verify Stripe account is connected and active
  • Check member's payment method is valid
  • Review payment method expiration date
  • Check for sufficient funds or credit limit
  • Contact Stripe support if issue persists

Incorrect usage charges

  • Review usage logs for the time period
  • Check equipment usage rates are configured correctly

Member can't access training
